Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days from when the tracking number states the order has arrived. Returns are not accepted for any damages the item has acquired through the shipping process, or lost packages, as all items are inspected prior to shipment to meet the grading standard. The buyer is responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning the item. If the item is returned with no damages, the refund for the item will be processed. Photos of the item will be requested prior to the buyer returning the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Partial refunds are available on a case-by-case basis and you can navigate to the contact page for information on how to reach me.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from when the tracking number states the order has arrived if there is remaining stock of the pin. Exchanges are not accepted for items that have been damaged due to the shipping process as all items are inspected prior to shipment to meet the grading standard. The buyer is responsible for the shipping fees associated with exchanging the item. If the item is returned with no damages, the exchange for the item will be processed. Photos of the item will be requested prior to the buyer exchanging the item. Additionally, you cannot exchange for a different grade than what was originally purchased.


Grading

Flawless pins do not exist. Therefore, I grade a pin based on the number of flaws it has and how noticeable the flaws they are. “A” grade pins generally do not have flaws that are visible to the naked eye, but may contain small flaws visible with a magnifying glass, such as very small marks, small dips in the enamel, small scratches in the enamel/ metal, and more. “B” grade pins generally contain noticeable flaws that do not compromise the overall design of the pin, but are usually visible to the naked eye. Flaws may include marks of color where they shouldn’t be, loose pin posts, glitter displacement, noticeable marks, noticeable scratches in the enamel and/ or metal, and more. “C” grade pins generally contain very noticeable flaws that may compromise the overall design of the pin. Extreme versions of the mentioned flaws for A and B grades apply to C grades. Flawed pins are non-refundable!

Shipping

All orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Rush orders will not be accepted. All items are shipped through USPS and each order will be provided a tracking number. Please allow extra time for items to arrive due to the current pandemic. I am not responsible for what happens to the item(s) once they have been shipped off. Refunds will not be accepted due to items being damaged from the shipping process nor for lost packages.
