I purchased a presale pin. How long will it take to receive the pin?
Production time varies with the complexity of the design and the quantity ordered. For each presale, I designate an estimated completion time in the listing description based on the manufacturer’s estimated completion time. Sometimes production is quick (less than a month), but sometimes it can be unexpectedly long (3+ months). You can rely on my Instagram (@freckleddisney) for pin updates as I receive them from the manufacturer.
How do you determine the grade of a pin?
Flawless pins do not exist. Therefore, I grade a pin based on the number of flaws it has and how noticeable the flaws they are. “A” grade pins generally do not have flaws that are visible to the naked eye, but may contain small flaws visible with a magnifying glass. “B” grade pins generally contain noticeable flaws that do not compromise the overall design of the pin, but are usually visible to the naked eye. “C” grade pins generally contain very noticeable flaws that may compromise the overall design of the pin. For more specific details of the flaws present on pins, you can check the description of the listings so you know what to expect. Flawed pins are non-refundable!
How often do you open your shop?
I open the shop when it suits my schedule to allow for quick shipping, or when a new pin arrives from the manufacturer. You can find out about the next shop opening on my Instagram page (@freckleddisney).
I missed out on a pin! Will you be restocking it?
All pins are open edition, meaning that if there is enough interest for a restock, the design will be restocked. This can be difficult as manufacturers have a minimum order quantity that must be ordered, so if you have interest in a sold-out design, please let me know on Instagram (@freckleddisney) and I’ll see what I can do!
Do you take commissions?
Yes! I am not always open for commissions if I have many in my queue already, but you can send me a message on Instagram (@freckleddisney)!
I live in Canada. Can I lower the international shipping fee?
Yes! If you need your order shipped to Canada and have already made your purchase with international shipping, please send me a message via a method outlined on the “Contact” page with your order number and I will refund you $3.50.
